Due to the COVID-19 virus and the shelter at home order by the State of California the AUSD district office is closed to the public.  Student Services is committed to remaining in touch with you and ansswer any questions you may have.  Please feel free to contact us anytime with any questions.


 We are now processing enrollment appointments remotely via email.  Once you compete the online enrollment and make your enrollment appointment your enrollment specialist will reach out to you with next steps.

This Site Contains Information for Two Different School Years. 

Please Determine Which School Year You Need Before Continuing


The Current School Year is the 2019/2020 School Year & Ends in June 2020
The Next School Year is the 2020/2021 School Year & Begins in August 2020


Required Proof of Alameda Residency
(All 3 are required)
  • Property deed, current property tax bill, current mortgage statement or current rental agreement
  • Current (within 30 days) Alameda Municipal Power, PG&E or Water/Garbage only
  • Current Drivers License (ID purposes only, not accepted as proof of residency)
* If utilities are included in your rent you must supply one of the following:
  • W-2
  • Pay Stub
  • Public assistance documents
  • Vehicle Registration
  • USPS official change of address 
Proof of Immunizations
Birth Certificate, Passport or Baptismal Certificate


Grade or Transcripts if available
