Special Education


The Alameda Unified School District Special Education team provides programs and services for children and young adults, from birth to 22, who may have disabilities and reside in Alameda. We are dedicated to garnering resources and services to support students, schools, families, and the greater AUSD community in their pursuit of academic excellence.

Who: Students with IEPs who are at risk for a regression of skills during extended school breaks.

Dates: June 17th – July 16th. NO school on June 19th, July 4th & 5th.


  • Preschool: 9:00 am to 11:30 am

  • Elementary: 8:30 am to 12:30 pm

  • Secondary: 8:30 am to 12:30 pm


  • Preschool: Alameda Child Development Center (ACDC )
