FSDirect - Facilities Scheduling Management Tool
FSDirect by SchoolDude, is a facility rental scheduling and management tool utilized by AUSD’s Maintenance, Operations, and Facilities Department to provide an efficient method for submitting, evaluating and approving facility rental request permits from various School Site, AUSD affiliated Non-Profit Organizations, and other Community Organizations in accordance with the Civic Center Act and AUSD Board of Education Policy.
All requested Facility Rental Permits are subject to review and final approval. The permit request must include submission of all event information, insurance, and other pertinent documents. Once approved, each facility reservation goes on a community use calendar for public viewing.
The public Permit Viewer portal can be adjusted by date, time, and site locations in a user-friendly format. This way users can see currently approved permits and note any conflicts during event planning.
Special Note:
The AUSD Board of Education reviews and approves the District School Year Calendar. These calendars indicate all instructional days, school breaks, and district closures. For planning purposes, in general Facilities Rental Permits will NOT be approved on District Closures Days.
