Mental Health Resources

Introduction

Alameda Unified School District offers a wide range of mental health support services for students, including counselors at our school sites and School-Based Health Centers, training in Mental Health First Aid, small groups focused on behavioral interventions, and restorative practices. More information about AUSD's services is available in this brochure.

In addition, there are numerous hot lines and non-profit organizations available to help students who are in urgent need of support. Please see the drop down menus on this page for more information.
